A Strange Painting in the Museum of Xàtiva
In the region of Xàtiva, Valencian Communitiy, there´s a museum of fine arts which keeps many incredible paintings by artists who are well known throughout Spain and the world, including Goya and Miró.

What´s In a Name?
Why is this blog called Orxata & Vikings? Well, last year, I took one of those DNA tests that tells you about your heritage. It turns out half is from a region in eastern Spain (this I know!) and the other half is from...Scandinavia (this I did not know!). So a friend of mine said that ¨You are 100% orxata and Viking!¨
This is a personal blog where I mostly write about interesting observations I´ve made about living between two cultures (which, at times, can clash!) and some traditions to share with friends. I hope you enjoy it!
